Заря прощается с землею, Ложится пар на дне долин, Смотрю на лес, покрытый мглою, И на огни его вершин. Как незаметно потухают Лучи и гаснут под конец! С какою негой в них купают Деревья пышный свой венец! И все таинственней, безмерней Их тень растет, растет, как сон; Как тонко по заре вечерней Их легкий очерк вознесен! Как будто, чуя жизнь двойную И ей овеяны вдвойне, — И землю чувствуют родную, И в небо просятся оне. - - - Тема смерти все чаще и чаще присутствует в творчестве Афанасия Фета, начиная со второй половины 50-х годов 19 века. Причиной столь пессимистических настроений является личная трагедия, которую пережил поэт, связанная с потерей любимой девушки. Тем не менее, некогда светлая и радостная пейзажная лирика Фета приобретает оттенок грусти, в нее вплетаются философские размышления, в которых автор все чаще и чаще затрагивает тему жизни после смерти. И в этом нет ничего удивительного, так как в потустороннем мире поэт надеется воссоединиться с возлюбленной, чего ему так и не удалось сделать на земле. Подобные настроения характерны и для стихотворения «Заря прощается с землею…», которое было написано в 1858 году. В нем автор в присущей для себя лирической манере описывает закат, используя множество метафор, которые придают повествованию особое очарование. Восторгаясь увиденным, поэт не может сдержать своего удивления и восклицает: «Как незаметно потухают лучи и гаснут под конец!». Первая часть стихотворения, наполненная романтизмом и неким предвкушением чуда, плавно сменяется мрачной и унылой картиной погруженного во тьму леса, тень которого «растет, как сон». Такой контраст не случаен, так как жизнь поэта фактически можно разделить на две части. В первой из них, до гибели Марии Лазич, много света, надежд и искренних чувств. В этот период Фет, уже успевший познать вкус несправедливости и лишившийся наследства, все же не падает духом и продолжает верить в то, что жизнь действительно может быть прекрасной. Тем более, если она наполнена взаимной любовью, которая дает поэту силы с честью преодолеть многие жизненные трудности. Однако отец Марии Лазич вынуждает поэта сделать непростой выбор, который заключается в том, чтобы жениться на избраннице или же оставить ее в покое. В итоге поэт, не имеющий средств на то, чтобы содержать семью, оставляет свою возлюбленную, которая через несколько месяцев трагически погибает. С этого момента начинается темная полоса в жизни автора, резко контрастирующая с относительно безмятежной и счастливой юностью. В стихотворении «Заря прощается с землею…» Фет выражает надежду, на то, что заря прощается с землей не навсегда и, «словно чуя жизнь двойную», обещает вернуться. Нечто подобное испытывает и сам поэт, рассчитывая на встречу с любимой уже в другой жизни, хотя и понимает, что подобные надежды лишены всякого смысла. Смотрите также:

The theme of death is increasingly and more often in the work of Athanasius Feta, starting from the second half of the 50s of the 19th century. The reason for such pessimistic sentiment is a personal tragedy, which the poet has survived associated with the loss of his beloved girl. Nevertheless, the once bright and joyful landscape feta lyrics acquires a shade of sadness, philosophical reflections are invested in it, in which the author is increasingly and more often affects the theme of life after death. And there is nothing surprising in this, since in the other world the poet hopes to reunite with the beloved, which he never managed to do on Earth.
Such moods are characteristic and for the poem "Zarya says goodbye to the earth ...", which was written in 1858. In it, the author in its inherent lyrical manner describes the sunset using a plurality of metaphor, which give narration a special charm. Having seen seen, the poet could not hold back his surprise and exclaims: "How imperceptibly sweat rays and go under the end!". The first part of the poem filled with romanticism and a kind of anticipation of a miracle, smoothly replaces the gloomy and dull picture of the forest immersed in the darkness, whose shadow "grows as a dream."
Such a contrast is not accidental, since the life of the poet actually can be divided into two parts. In the first of them, to the death of Maria Lazich, a lot of light, hopes and sincere feelings. During this period, Fet, who has already managed to know the taste of injustice and lost inheritance, still does not fall in spirit and continues to believe that life can really be beautiful. Especially if it is filled with mutual love, which gives the poet of power with honor to overcome many vital difficulties. However, Maria Lazich's father forces the poet to make a difficult choice, which is to marry choices or leave her alone. As a result, a poet that has no money to maintain a family leaves his beloved, which in a few months he tragically dies. From this point on, the dark band begins in the author's life, sharply contrasting with a relatively serene and happy youth.
In the poem "Zarya says goodbye to the earth ..." Fet expresses hope that the burly says goodbye to the land is not forever and, "like a dual life," promises to return. Something similar is also the poet himself, counting on a meeting with his beloved in another life, although it realizes that such hopes are deprived of any meaning.
