Самвел Агасинович Гарибян родился 1 февраля 1963 года в городе Ахалкалаки Груз ССР. В 1985 году окончил юридический факультет Ростовского Государственного Университета, работал в Ереване адвокатом, затем в МИНЮСТе Армении. «В детстве многие учителя ругали меня за рассеянность, я фантазировал, иногда во время уроков "уплывал" в дальние дали..., рассказывает Самвел Гарибян,- но учился я блестяще, хотя больше гонял во дворе в футбол, чем сидел за учебниками. Отличался прекрасной памятью, позволявшей мне просто запоминать, о чем говорилось в классе». Гораздо позже, будучи уже студентом, он направил свои способности в определенное русло. Произошло это совершенно случайно. Кто-то из друзей рассказал о брате, который запоминает из 50 до 20 слов. Собравшиеся решили попробовать свои способности к запоминанию. Samvel Agasinovich Gharibyan was born on February 1, 1963 in the city of Akhalkalaki Gruz SSR.
