    The Little Lost Rabbit
Mother rabbit had told little Jack not to play too far away from the house. It was snowing so hard that the whole countryside was covered with a thick white blanket. You couldn't see where the roads were or where the fields began. A little rabbit could easily get lost.
Jack promised to be a good bunny and stay close to the house. But he wanted to go off for a walk in all that lovely fresh snow so badly that he broke his promise. "I'll just go and play with my friends in the woods. I'll easily find my way home by following my tracks in the snow. I can't get lost!" Or so he thought…
So Jack went off, skipping and dancing in the soft snow. He had gone quite a long way before he suddenly realized that he had no idea where the woods were. Everything was white. He didn't even know which direction was which. "Never mind, I'll go home now and come and play another day," he thought to himself. But when he turned around, he saw to his horror that the falling snow had covered all his tracks. Oh dear! He'd never be able to find his way home now! He sat down in the snow and started to cry.
"Lucky for you that I'm around," said a voice from a tree.
Jack looked up in surprise and saw his old friend, Mr. Crow!
"Come on, follow me. I'll fly ahead and show you the way home," said the kind crow.
"Oh, thank you!" cried Jack, drying his eyes. As he gratefully followed his friend, he promised himself that he would always listen to his mother from then on.

Mother rabbit had told little Jack not to play too far away from the house. It was snowing so hard that the whole countryside was covered with a thick white blanket. You couldn't see where the roads were or where the fields began. A little rabbit could easily get lost.

    Stray bunny

The hare mother punished little Jack not to go away to play far from home. The snow was falling so thick that the whole district was wrapped in a dense white blanket. Where the road passed, and where the fields began, it was completely impossible to make out under the snow cover. How can you not get lost a little bunny!

Jack promised to be an obedient bunny and stay close to home, but he wanted to frolic in the freshly fallen snowball so much that he could not stand it. “I’ll just play with friends in the forest, and I’ll return home in my tracks. Why would I get lost ...” - he reasoned.

Jack set off, bouncing and dancing in the soft snow. He was already quite far from home, when it suddenly dawned on him that he had no idea which way the forest was. Everything was white. He did not even distinguish between directions. “It's okay, I'll turn home now, and I’ll get out to play some other time,” he thought to himself. But when he turned around, he was horrified to find that the falling snow covered his tracks. What a trouble! Now the bunny cannot find the way home. He sat in the snow and cried.

“You were lucky that I was here - a voice came from somewhere from a tree.”

Jack looked up in surprise and saw his friend Raven.

“Come on, stamp me,” said the Raven. - I will fly forward and will show the way.

    - Oh, thanks! - exclaimed Jack, wiping his eyes. Following his good friend Raven, Jack decided to himself that from now on he would always obey his mother.
