Management of the internal state. Emotions and their assessment.
Man is a multi-faceted and multi-level system. This fragment. this speech is a consideration of one of the interconnections occurring within this system (person).
Often, the internal state or mood is associated with the minute-past events that cause emotions inside a person (as a system).
Simplified scheme:
Event Reaction to an event (emotion) Change in mood (internal state) or otherwise quantitatively-qualitative change in parts of the whole (parts of the system).
I describe an example: anything can act as an event in this case. From the fact that "my mother said that I am bad" to "what a terrible color of the dress (socks) is on me." Any reason (“slippery ice”, “dull weather”, “gift on DR”, “Sex”, “chair”, “shine”) giving rise to a consequence. From the AWARENESS of the event (cause) emotion arises. Emotion is always multifaceted. When compared with the color palette, then joy (green), tears (yellow), in the end we get the so-called mixed feelings (brown). Emotion is always a palette. Often this is the same gray-brown-raspberry speckled.
Attention! Now the important thing. Exceptionally marvelous here and now. Reaction to an event is an emotion. You get a feeling. You feel within yourself, as a system, a certain shift in terms (of the parts from which the whole is assembling itself), giving a sum. Now meaningful. You feel inside brown, cherry, red - these are different emotions and in themselves they are neutral. Color in itself is just the refraction of light on the surface of an object. He is silent. He keeps silence. He is on your own. You simply exist in the same space on which the level (person) perceives the forms displayed by the brain consciousness of another level (the surface of the object).
How do you perceive it? As a passerby who passes, he moves himself. Sooner or later, he will equalize in his movement with you and will go further or stay with you if you move in the same direction with him. Where you are going is up to you. Here it is a turning point. Your decision. Your assessment of what is happening around and, accordingly, the choice of the trajectory or direction of your movement. This is an estimate. Your strengthening or weakening of the current moment. Deepening the feeling that you are experiencing in the moment now. Should I jump in the wake of a white rabbit or ignore him? How much do you want to realize its transformation, the allusion of a black hole and a rabbit hole, or the metaphor of a white rabbit and a white hole? Your assessment of the emotions inside is expressed as: “this is good I ate food”, “some kind of nonsense is going on around, I don’t want to”, “well, how much can I do?” or "no, some kind of dudes, like it."
Your desire (pressure on an object), its coloring (frequency of pressing on an object), paying attention to it or ignoring it (pressure on an object, stronger (attention) and weaker (ignoring)), etc. give a full range, in parts and combinations within you, emotion + rating = mood. Intent to build a (process-wave) mood is Intention (to the extent taken), (substantial, corpuscle). It can be harmoniously calm or completely neutral, unknowable, accepted, negative, kind and their set is endless.
