Наконец-то многолетняя путаница с радиостанциями «Европа плюс» и «Европа плас» ликвидирована. В прошлый четверг Нацсовет по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания разрешил «Радиогруппе УМХ» сменить название радиостанции Europa Plus на NRJ, за что все члены регулятора проголосовали единогласно. По словам юриста группы, изменение было необходимо, поскольку слушатели часто путали радиостанции «Европа плас» и «Европа плюс». Члены регулятора посчитали аргумент приемлемым. Таким образом, Нацсовет переоформил шесть лицензий: пять лицензий ЧАО «Студия «Европозитив» на вещание в 15 городах и одну лицензию компании ТРК «Радио 50» на вещание в Харькове и области. Изменился только позывной, концепция радиостанций осталась прежней. Напомню, радиостанцию NRJ вместе с «Нашим радио» УМХ приобрел в начале 2011 года у ирландского радиохолдинга Communicorp Group, после чего NRJ приостановила вещание. Ее частоту арендовало «Радио 24», но в конце 2013-го (после смены собственника УМХ) частота перешла в использования медиахолдинга «Вести Украина», на которой сейчас вещает «Радио Вести». Ранее УМХ проиграл суд киевской радиостанции «Европа плюс» за право использовать название «Европа плюс», поэтому холдингу пришлось изменить позывные: так появилась радиостанция «Европа плас». Примечательно, что вторым решением регулятор отложил на неделю вопрос продления лицензии еще одной радиостанции «Радиогруппы УМХ» - «Ретро ФМ», поскольку радиостанция не указала собственника. Юрист группы уверял, что конечный владелец актива – Метью Брэдли Андриан, но кто это, откуда он и где живет, юрист не в курсе, поскольку «не уполномочен». Радио NRJ нацелено на молодых, умных, современных и творческих людей. Со 2 апреля на частотах EuropaPlus в эфир выходит радио NRJ - радиопроект, основанный на самых передовых технологиях, идеях и музыкальных стилях. Целевой аудиторией нового радио станут молодые, умные, современные и творческие люди: бизнесмены, руководители, работники творческих профессий, стартаперы, дизайнеры, журналисты, маркетологи, айтишники и блогеры. В создании радио задействована молодая и динамичная команда: ведущие - популярные ди-джеи, теле- и радиозвезды, тревел- и бьюти-блогеры. Весь продакшен, маркетинг и ди-джитал NRJ нацелен на ежедневное создание свежего, качественного продукта. При этом все, что выделяло радио EuropaPlus из массы украинских медиа, будет сохранено. К примеру, лучшее в стране утреннее Let`sGoShow останется в эфире. Кроме того, запланировано новое вечернее шоу. С четверга стартует бессонный уикенд в стиле NRJ. Четверг - это горячее R’n’B на BBQVilla, пятница - NRJPre-Party c Саней Дымовым, суббота - лучшая денсовая ночь Backstage и воскресенье - перезагрузка от DeepMenow. Finally, the long-standing confusion with the radio stations "Europe Plus" and "Europe Place" has been eliminated. Last Thursday, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting allowed the UMX Radio Group to change the name of the Europa Plus radio station to NRJ, for which all members of the regulator voted unanimously.
According to the group’s lawyer, the change was necessary, as listeners often confused the radio stations Europe Plaza and Europe Plus. Regulator members found the argument acceptable. Thus, the National Council re-registered six licenses: five licenses of PJSC Studio Europozitiv for broadcasting in 15 cities and one license for TRK Radio 50 broadcasting in Kharkov and the region. Only the call sign has changed, the concept of radio stations has remained the same.
Let me remind you that NRJ, along with Our Radio, acquired UMX in early 2011 from the Irish radio holding company Communicorp Group, after which NRJ suspended broadcasting. Its frequency was rented by Radio 24, but at the end of 2013 (after the change of ownership of the UMH) the frequency switched to the use of the Vesti Ukraine media holding, which is now broadcast by Radio Vesti. Earlier, the UMH lost the court of the Kiev radio station Europe Plus for the right to use the name Europe Plus, so the holding had to change the callsigns: this is how the radio station Europe Plaza appeared.
It is noteworthy that with the second decision the regulator postponed for a week the issue of renewing the license of another radio station “Radio Group UMX” - “Retro FM”, since the radio station did not indicate the owner. The group’s lawyer assured that the ultimate owner of the asset is Matthew Bradley Andrian, but the lawyer is not aware of who he is, where he comes from and where he lives, because he is “not authorized”.

Since April 2, NRJ radio has been broadcast on EuropaPlus frequencies - a radio project based on the most advanced technologies, ideas and musical styles.

At the same time, everything that made EuropaPlus stand out from the mass of Ukrainian media will be preserved. For example, the best morning in the country Let`sGoShow will remain on the air. In addition, a new evening show is planned. On Thursday, the sleepless weekend starts in the style of NRJ.
Thursday is hot R’n’B on BBQVilla, Friday is NRJPre-Party with Sanya Dymov, Saturday is the best denst night of Backstage and Sunday is a reboot from DeepMenow.
