Theta is meditation.
This meditation will help you enter a deep theta state. It starts with a frequency of 15 Hz and then gradually descends to a frequency of 5.2 Hz. This program uses an isochronous rhythm that smoothly enters your brain into a state of relaxation. The carrier frequency of the isochronous rhythm is 528 Hz, this frequency has a positive effect on our DNA and on the body as a whole.

This program can be heard both in the headphones and through the audio system. For faster entry into theta state, it is recommended to use headphones.
