White Lion (в пер. с англ. белый лев) — американская хард-рок-группа, созданная в 1983 году в Нью-Йорке вокалистом Майком Трампом, прибывшим из Дании и гитаристом Вито Братта, уроженцем Нью-Йорка. Творческая активность и успех группы пришлись на вторую половину 1980-х годов, когда были выпущенны их хиты «Wait» и «When the Children Cry», достигшие 8-й и 3-й строчки, соответственно, в чарте Billboard Hot 100. Второй альбом группы, названный «Pride», достиг 11 позиции в чарте Billboard 200. А третий альбом «Big Game», выпущенный в 1989 году, занял 19 строчку. White lion ) - American hard rock band formed in 1983 in New York vocalist Mike Trump , who arrived from Denmark and guitarist Vito Bratt , a native of New York City. Creative activity and the success of the group occurred in the second half of the 1980s , when they were issued their hits «Wait» and «When the Children Cry», reached the 8th and 3rd lines , respectively , in the Billboard Hot 100 chart .
The second album , titled «Pride», reached 11 positions in the charts Billboard 200. A third album «Big Game», released in 1989, ranked 19th spot . After the release of the fourth album «Mane Attraction», in 1991 , the group was disbanded. In 1999, Trump again gathered White Lion with a completely new musicians .
